      We aim to print and despatch all orders received by 12 noon on the same business day, Monday to Friday, after confirmed receipt of any personalisation requirements and payment.  

      Orders received after 12 noon on Fridays will likely be despatched on the next business day, usually Mondays but dependent upon Bank Holidays and Post Office opening times.

      Because our products are hand-printed to order, during busy periods, we reserve the right to despatch orders up to 2 business days after receipt of order, any personalisation, and completed payment.

      Refunds and Returns Policy

      Because our products are hand-printed-to-order, refunds and returns cannot be accepted.  

      Due to a busy life, and running other businesses, we often start printing orders very late at night.

      So if you place a drunken order at 11:30pm, we could quite easily print it at 11:45pm!

      Therefore, please be sure you DEFINITELY want the item(s) before ordering, because you’re going to get them!

      Although we do our best to despatch your orders in protective packaging, damage can occur during transit, which is sadly outside our control.  

      If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service kitty immediately at MrBigglesworth@MisbehavingKitty.com with photos of the packaging and damaged item for us to claim back from the delivery company. 

      We will then despatch you a replacement item on the next business day.
